Red Velvet  White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These red velvet chocolate chip cookies are loaded with red velvet flavor and can be enjoyed as is, with a serving of vanilla ice cream, or topped with cream cheese frosting for added decadence!

In medium bowl combine together salt, baking powder, cocoa powder and flour.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar for 4 minutes until fluffy with an electric hand mixer.

Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract and continue to whisk. Stir in your food coloring.

Now combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips, cover and let chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Take about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough and roll it with your hands into a ball. Place into air fryer basket.

Bake the dough balls for 5-7 min at 375F. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely after which they can be stored in an airtight container.
