This delicious Creamy Mushroom Spinach Gnocchi is an easy-to-make dish that combines gnocchi with rich, creamy mushroom sauce and fresh spinach for a satisfying meal.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes.
