This quick chicken and cabbage stir-fry is a low-carb, budget-friendly meal ready in under 30 minutes—perfect for busy weeknights!
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground chicken until nearly cooked, season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
Lower heat to medium, add oil, and sauté onions until soft. Stir in cabbage, paprika, tomato paste, and broth. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender.
