Treat yourself to a Cheesecake Factory-style creamy chipotle chicken pasta.

Step 1

Boil pasta until al dente, then drain. Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.

Cook diced onion until translucent, then add minced garlic. Add diced red bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook briefly. Mix in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer.

Step 4

– Return chicken to skillet and simmer to blend flavors. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.  Toss cooked penne with the sauce.

Top with chopped cilantro and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
