In a large bowl add Brussel sprouts and season with salt, pepper, onion powder along with 1 tablespoon oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit according to manufacturer instructions (mine is for 5 minutes, Cosori 5.8 quart).
Air fry for 5 minutes, shake and gently stir, add parmesan and fry for another 5-6 minutes until charred and crisp.
