Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are tender, juicy, and coated in a sweet, sticky sauce. Serve over rice with green onions, sesame seeds, and your favorite sides for a satisfying meal.
Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with olive oil. Add all ingredients except cornstarch and water.
Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-5 hours until chicken reaches 165°F. Remove chicken and leave the sauce.
Whisk in cornstarch slurry, and cook on HIGH for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken, baste with sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and red pepper flakes if desired.
