Soba Noodles One Pot

gluten free soy sauce fish sauce rice wine vinegar maple syrup sesame oil sesame seeds red pepepr flakes soba noodles garlic onion ginger carrot onion mushrooms

Ingredients

Whisk together all the sauce ingredients 

Cook the soba noodles in salted water

For about 5 minutes and rinse under cold water

Cook onion, garlic and ginger in a skillet

Follow with mushrooms and carrot

Stir fry for few minutes

Toss in the noodles

Add the sauce and cooked noodle water

Add toppings: green onion, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, edamame
