Sweet and chewy Banana Oatmeal Cookies with chocolate chips are soft and perfect for a morning coffee or sweet snack. Made with the right ingredients, they’re gluten-free!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas until smooth and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg, vanilla, and bananas. Mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop 2 tbsp of dough.
Roll into balls, and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden.
Let cool on the sheet for 5–10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
