White chocolate macadamia nut cookies have a buttery flavor with crisp edges and chewy centers. Loaded with sweet white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts, these cookies are perfect with a glass of milk. Easily make them gluten-free!
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing on low until mostly combined (some lumps are fine).
Stir in chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop 2-tbsp balls, place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!
