Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix banana, egg, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, and peanut butter.

Add flour and mix. Fold in oats, dried fruit, seeds, and almonds.

Scoop 2 tbsp of dough, shape into cookies, press lightly, and place on a lined baking sheet.
