Chicken Cornstarch Salt, pepper Bell peppers Pineapple Garlic Ginger Sugar Vinegar Soy Sauce Ketchup Honey Garnishes


Saute ginger and garlic for 1 minute

Stir in sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce. Simmer until sugar dissolves

Whisk together cornstarch and water, pour into the sauce. Simmer until thickened.

Season chicken with salt, pepper and cover with cornstarch

Cook chicken on high until golden brown (3-4 minutes)

Remove chicken and cook veggies and pineapple until almost tender

Add the chicken

Pour in the sauce

Stir to combine and simmer on medium-low 1-2 minutes

Garnish with scallions, hot peppers, sesame seeds, black pepper and serve with rice.
