A quick and flavorful BBQ Pork Fried Rice made with pork tenderloin or leftover Slow Cooker Ribs! Sweet, tangy, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, ginger, and garlic.
Add eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
Stir in snow peas, diced pork, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce (optional for later drizzle).
Add rice and stir until heated through. Adjust heat as needed.
Remove from heat and serve with green onions and extra barbecue sauce.
