Oreo Cream Cheese Cookies are packed with white chocolate chips, cream cheese, and Oreos, baked to a chewy outside and buttery soft center. Perfect with coffee or as a sweet snack!
Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese. Mix until combined.
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing until almost combined.
Stir in Oreos and white chocolate chips. Cover and freeze dough for 30 minutes until firm.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough into 2-inch balls, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
