Classic peanut butter cookies get a healthy, gluten-free twist in the air fryer! Packed with creamy peanut butter flavor, add chocolate chips for the ultimate tasty treat.
Beat softened butter and peanut butter together in a large bowl or stand mixer. Add sugars and mix until combined. Then, add eggs and milk, mixing until smooth.
Combine flour and baking soda in a medium bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Roll dough into 1-tbsp balls, then flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (or follow your air fryer’s instructions).
Arrange cookies in a single layer in the air fryer, leaving space between them. Avoid using parchment paper as it blocks airflow, which is needed for proper baking.
Air fry cookies for 6 minutes in batches, no flipping needed. Let cookies cool completely to firm up. Enjoy with a glass of milk!
