Baked Tofu  Peanut Bowls

These vegan tofu bowls with peanut sauce are my go-to when I need something fresh, colorful, and satisfying—but don’t want to spend all night cooking. The crispy tofu is full of flavor thanks to a quick marinade, and the creamy peanut dressing ties everything together in the best way.

Step 1

Slice into cubes and press using a towel or tofu press for 15–30 minutes. Read more on how to press tofu here.

Step 2

Mix tamari, sesame oil, and spices in a bowl. Toss tofu and let sit for an hour or if short on time, at least 10-15 minuites.

Step 3

Arrange on parchment and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
