Chicken Thighs In Chanterelle Sauce

The easiest, creamiest chicken thighs served with chanterelle sauce.

Ingredients: chicken thighs chanterelle mushrooms onion oregano heavy cream cheddar cheese salt, pepper nutmeg butter chicken broth garlic cornstarch

Cook chicken thighs until crispy and golden brown on the outside.

Cook mushrooms with butter and add onion.

Follow with spices, chicken broth, heavy cream and cornstarch.

Simmer until the sauce thickens and stir in the cheese.

Return chicken thighs and simmer for few minutes more. Serve over mashed potatoes, yum!
