These healthy Baked Cauliflower Tacos are incredibly easy to make and are loaded with flavors thanks to spices and silky smooth avocado crema.
GO TO RECIPE
Combine spices, oil and salt and pepper, and cauliflower bites. Toss until all the florets are fully coated (more or less).
Bake at 450 F for 20-25 minutes.
Make Avocado Crema, coleslaw, warm the tortillas.
Assemble tacos with cauliflower, crema, coleslaw and more toppings as needed.
