Baked Turkey Stuffing Meatballs


These baked Turkey Meatballs give you all the flavors of Thanksgiving stuffing in the form of savory, herb-infused bite-sized meatballs! You can have juicy baked homemade turkey balls in less than 30 minutes using only one bowl and a handful of simple ingredients.

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil.

In a food processor pulse roughly chopped celery and mushrooms.

Make the meatball mixture. In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until they are just combined.

Using a meatball scoop or a melon baller, shape the mixture into 28 meatballs, each measuring approximately 1 to 1 ½ inches in size.

Bake the meatballs uncovered for 18-20 minutes.

Serve with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes and some greens.
