This easy avocado dip comes together quickly in a food processor but can also be made by hand for a chunkier texture.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add cold water if needed for a thick, spreadable consistency.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or Buddha bowls. Makes about 2 cups.
