Perfectly seasoned ground beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic, and onion creates a flavorful taco meat. Serve it with veggie rice, in tacos, salads, stuffed peppers, or beef enchiladas.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef, then drain excess grease.
Return to heat, add water, tomato puree, and seasonings. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Use in tacos, salads, stuffed jalapeños, mushrooms, or enchiladas.
