Ina large mixing bowl make the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add canned tuna, pasta tomatoes, olives, red onion. Toss with the dressing, let sit for 15 minutes in the fridge and serve with fresh herbs as a garnish!
