Mini chocolate chip cookies are just as delicious as regular ones, made with mini chips and smaller dough balls for tasty bite-sized treats.
Combine butter and sugars in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Gradually add to wet mixture; mix until just combined.
Add Chips & Chill: Stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough for 30 minutes until firm.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough into 2-teaspoon balls. Bake for 8 minutes.
Let cookies cool for 5–10 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a rack. Enjoy!
