Make easy and quick 5 minute Strawberry Poppyseed Salad Dressing for salads, roasted vegetables, grilled cheese, poultry or steamed/grilled or baked fish.
In a blender or using an immersion blender blend all dressing ingredients except poppyseeds and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the seeds and let stand in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and serve over favorite summer salad, grilled halloumi cheese, white fish, and chicken.
