A flavorful cold pasta salad with smoked sausage, veggies, and gluten-free pasta—delicious hot or cold for any season!
Prepare the Dressing Whisk or shake olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and maple syrup. Make extra for later if desired.
Cook the Pasta Cook pasta as directed, drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool. Toss with half the dressing.
Assemble the Salad Mix pasta with parmesan, salami, olives, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and bell peppers.
Serve or Chill Drizzle with more dressing if needed. Serve immediately or chill for 30–60 minutes.
