INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apricots or peach
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or sweetener
  • 10-15 Raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Puree the apricots with an immersion blender, add coconut and yogurt. Blend again to combine.
  • Using a piping bag or zip lock bag fill half of each heart with the mixture. Top with half or whole raspberries (depending on berry size) and slightly press them into the mold.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours, after removing them from the freezer let them thaw for 15 minutes.

NOTES

As they are so small in size they will start melting quicker than frozen yogurt cups.
