Warm up the oven to 350 °F. Place the oats on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper and bake until golden and aroma. (5-7 minutEs)
Chop the fruits into small cubes but not too small.
In a large mixing bowl combine baked oats, salt, seed mix, nuts, and cinnamon, stir well.
Cut the banana into small circles and muddle with a fork until its fully mashed. Add coconut oil and stir well.
Add this mixture to the rest of the earlier combined ingredients.
Follow with baking powder and dried fruits, mix well.
Transfer the mix to the baking sheet on a parchment paper.
Press firmly (using hands or a tablespoon) to create an even surface that is approximately half-inch thick.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Let it completely cool down and cut into rectangular pieces.
For decoration pour over some white or dark hot chocolate (optional).
