INGREDIENTS
1egg
5.8ozsugar
¼cupbutter, melted
½cupmilk
6tablespoonall-purpose flour
⅓cupcacao powder
1teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspoonbaking soda
¼teaspoonsalt
2ozdark chocolate
1cupblueberry & red huckleberry mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a mixing bowl and start by whisking together eggs and sugar until combined.
Take the priorly melted butter and place it in a separate bowl. Now slowly add mixed eggs and sugar to your butter.
Follow with milk.
Separately mix flour with baking powder, add cacao powder. Add it to the mix.
Add baking soda and salt. Then add sugar. Mix well.
Add berries. Stir until combined.
Spoon the Chocolate Muffins batter into 9 muffin liners until they are almost full. Place into the warmed up oven to 350°F.
Bake 20-25 min.
