INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 egg
  • 5.8 oz sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup blueberry & red huckleberry mix

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Take a mixing bowl and start by whisking together eggs and sugar until combined.
  • Take the priorly melted butter and place it in a separate bowl. Now slowly add mixed eggs and sugar to your butter.
  • Follow with milk.
  • Separately mix flour with baking powder, add cacao powder. Add it to the mix.
  • Add baking soda and salt. Then add sugar. Mix well.
  • Add berries. Stir until combined.
  • Spoon the Chocolate Muffins batter into 9 muffin liners until they are almost full. Place into the warmed up oven to 350°F.
  • Bake 20-25 min.
