INGREDIENTS
  

  • 4 cup purple cabbage , chopped
  • 10 radish , small
  • 1 red onion , small
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes

Salad Dressing

  • ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Cut radish in thin circles.
  • Slice the cabbage and soften it a bit between your fingers. Transfer both ingredients into salad bowl.
  • Now prepare the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a jar or a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing or toss into the salad and garnish with almond flakes and some freshly chopped parsley (optional) Serve!

NOTES

Store. Best consumed right away but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
