INGREDIENTS
½cupgluten-free oats
½cupplant-based milk, i like to use almond milk
1tablespoonpeanut butter
6slicesof banana
Handful of blueberries
⅛teaspoonvanilla powder
1tablespoonraspberry jam
2tablespoonCherry granola or regular
1teaspoonprotein powder
INSTRUCTIONS
In a water glass or a mason jar, add the milk, oats, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix thoroughly, seal up and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
In the morning or when ready to eat, add raspberry jam, banana slices, and top up with blueberries.
NOTES
You can obviously customize this recipe the way you like, but I believe that the most important here is to always use fresh berries and fruits. This way you’ll have fresh and the most healthy breakfast recipe to start the day.Swap granola with a layer of chia seed pudding for an extra vitamin boost.
