INGREDIENTS
1 ½cupPlain Greek Yogurt
½cupfrozen or fresh blackberries, or any of your favorite berries
3tablespoonmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2teaspoonhoney
INSTRUCTIONS
Puree the berries with an immersion blender or stand blender and then mix them with yogurt.
Take a baking dish or muffin pan, place 6 silicone cupcake molds/liners inside, and distribute the yogurt mixture evenly in all the cups. Transfer to the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
When taking out of the freezer let them thaw for 5 minutes and they are ready for eating.
NOTES
If you freeze them overnight then thaw for at least 10-20 minutes before eating.
When slightly melted, you can also cut the cupcakes in half, this way it will be not so messy to eat as they melt really quickly.
