INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blackberries, or any of your favorite berries
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon honey

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Puree the berries with an immersion blender or stand blender and then mix them with yogurt.
  • Take a baking dish or muffin pan, place 6 silicone cupcake molds/liners inside, and distribute the yogurt mixture evenly in all the cups. Transfer to the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
  • When taking out of the freezer let them thaw for 5 minutes and they are ready for eating.

NOTES

  • If you freeze them overnight then thaw for at least 10-20 minutes before eating.
  • When slightly melted, you can also cut the cupcakes in half, this way it will be not so messy to eat as they melt really quickly.
