Easy Pico De Gallo
Easy Pico De Gallo - A Classical Mexican freshly chopped tomato recipe, that is almost an essential part of the Mexican-style dinner table. It takes minutes to whip up and perfect to serve with tacos, quesadillas, tortilla chips, and garnish grilled meat.
- 3-4 large red tomatoes chopped medium size
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 medium green jalapeno seeded and finely diced
- ¼ of red serrano pepper seeded and finely diced
- 3/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
- Salt to taste
- ⅛ tsp pepper or to taste
In a large mixing bowl, mix tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, serrano pepper.
Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Serve chilled with extra lime and cilantro!
