INGREDIENTS
3 ½tablespoontahini paste
2tablespoonlemon juice, or lime
½teaspoonchili powder
2tablespoonagave syrup, or maple syrup
1tablespoonsesame oil or olive oil
⅛teaspoongarlic powder, optional
Pinchof salt
Pepper to taste
1tablespoonwater
INSTRUCTIONS
In your food processor or blender, combine tahini paste, lemon or lime juice, agave syrup, sesame oil, chili powder, and salt. Blend until smooth texture, add 1 tablespoon of water. If you want more runny dressing add more water (gradually).
Drizzle over Buddha Bowls, salads, tacos, and more.
