INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, or any high-smoke-point oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
  • Season the wings: Add wings to a large bowl. Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and herbs.

  • Add the oil: Drizzle oil over the wings and toss everything together until evenly coated.

  • Air fry: Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–17 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for crispiness: They should be golden brown with crispy skin.
  • Let them rest: Rest a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Optional: Toss in your favorite sauce like buffalo, BBQ, or teriyaki.
