INGREDIENTS
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and lightly pound to an even thickness.

  • Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika.

  • Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Spoon the pan juices over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
