INGREDIENTS
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2tablespoonsolive oil
3clovesgarlic, minced
zest of 1 lemon
¼cupfresh lemon juice
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonpaprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper and lightly pound to an even thickness.

Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika.

Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Spoon the pan juices over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
