Slice cabbage: Cut the cabbage into thin strips, similar to how you would for coleslaw.
10 ounces cabbage
Chop cucumbers and ham: Dice the cucumbers and ham into small cubes.
1 large English cucumbers, 4 ounces ham
Mix dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients and add to a large bowl.
⅓ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoons lemon juice, ¼ teaspoons salt, ⅛ teaspoons black pepper, 1 tablespoon sour cream
Mix ingredients: Add the vegetables and remainign ingreidents and toss until well combined.
1 cup sweet corn, 3 tablespoons green onion, ½ cup canned sweet green peas
Serve: Enjoy immediately.
