INGREDIENTS
1poundground beef, browned and drained
1can(15-ounce) corn, drained
1can(10.5-ounce) cream of mushroom, cream of chicken soup
½cupsour cream
1½cupsshredded cheddar cheese, mild or medium
1small onion, diced
1teaspoongarlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1bagabout 20 ounces frozen tater tots
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare cooker: Spray a 6-quart slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
Cook the base: Add browned ground beef, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add layer of tater tots: Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer across the top.
1 bag about 20 ounces frozen tater tots
Cover and cook: Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until hot and bubbly. Tater tots should be soft but cooked through.
Broil and finish: If desired, transfer to a baking dish and broil the top for 2–3 minutes to lightly brown the tater tots before serving.
