Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 small Persian cucumbers
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2-4 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Grate the cucumbers and squeeze out the liquid. Reserve the juice.
  2. Add cottage cheese, dill, and sour cream to a bowl. Stir until combined.
  3. Add a little cucumber juice if needed to adjust the texture.
  4. Taste and season with black pepper and salt if needed. Serve immediately.
