INGREDIENTS
1large English cucumber
4ozcream cheese, softened
4ozsmoked salmon
1ripe avocado, sliced
chili flakes, to taste
a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder, optional
salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Cucumber: Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into thin strips lengthwise. Lay the cucumber strips flat on a cutting board.

Add Cream Cheese: Spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly on each cucumber strip.
4 oz cream cheese
Layer with Salmon and Avocado: Place a slice of smoked salmon and a few slices of avocado on top of the cream cheese.

Seasoning: Sprinkle chili flakes, salt, garlic powder, and pepper over the salmon and avocado for added flavor.
