Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 large red tomatoes chopped medium size
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 medium green jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • ¼ of red serrano pepper seeded and finely diced
  • ¾ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • Salt to taste
  • teaspoon pepper or to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, serrano pepper.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve chilled with extra lime and cilantro!
