Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 8 ounces egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 1 medium carrot matchsticks or grated
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
For Serving
  • sesame seeds
  • red chili flakes
  • sliced green onions

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with a little oil.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add carrot and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in cabbage and cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  7. Add noodles and sauce to the skillet.
  8. Toss everything together and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes, and green onions before serving.
