INGREDIENTS
  

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4-5 cups bread, cut into cubes, about into 1 inch pieces, Baguette/Ciabatta/Italian bread
  • 3-4 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated. Spread the cubes on the prepared sheet pan and bake for 12–18 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
