INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • cup parmesan, grated
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • black pepper, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup red onion, or sweet onion, diced finely
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest, optional
  • ¼ cup almond flour, or oat flour, homemade is easy to make

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the oven: Set to 400°F.
  • Mix al lthe ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Form meatballs: Scoop about 1 ½ tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake for 23–25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm with marinara, yogurt, or your favorite side.
