INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, or light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, adjust amount to desired consistency
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Add all the ingredients to food processor or whisk in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
  • I like to chill the dressing for flavors to blend for at least 30 minutes.
