  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • chili flakes to taste
  • a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Cucumber: Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into thin strips lengthwise. Lay the cucumber strips flat on a cutting board.
