INGREDIENTS
  

  • 4 cup white rice flour, gluten free
  • cup millet flour
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon xanthan gum

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Whisk together all the flours and add xanthan gum. You can even mix all the ingredients in a food processor, this way they will be properly combined.
  • Store in an airtight container like a jar.
  • Enjoy gluten free baking!
