INGREDIENTS
⅓cupgreek yogurt or plant based similar yogurt
¾cuprolled oats
¾cupmilk, I used oatmilk
3tablespooncream cheese
1tablespoonchia seeds
1teaspoonflax meal
½teaspoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonhoney, liquid type
¼cupfresh strawberries, diced
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the oat mixture. Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
Separate into desired portions. Divide between serving cups.
Chill. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.
NOTES
This recipe makes about 2 larger servings or 4 small.
To Store. You can keep the overnight oat jars in the fridge for up to 4 days.
To Freeze. Freezing overnight oats can affect the taste, texture, and quality of the dish, so we do not recommend it. They are easy enough to make anyway! However, if you really like to prolong the storage life, you can keep it frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw and add liquids as needed before serving.
