Ingredients
  

  • cup greek yogurt or plant based similar yogurt
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk I used oatmilk
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flax meal
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon honey liquid type
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries diced

Method
 

  1. Make the oat mixture. Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Separate into desired portions. Divide between serving cups.
  3. Chill. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.

  • To Store. You can keep the overnight oat jars in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • To Freeze. Freezing overnight oats can affect the taste, texture, and quality of the dish, so we do not recommend it. They are easy enough to make anyway! However, if you really like to prolong the storage life, you can keep it frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw and add liquids as needed before serving.
