  • 2 small cucumbers sliced into ¼ inch rounds and quartered
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced,
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pistachios
For the dressing

Method

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, cucumbers, and green onions.
