NOTES
Nutrition is calculated just for sausages and will depend on the specific brand you'll choose.
Avoid piercing holes in the sausage—this isn't a potato! Piercing allows juices to escape during air frying, resulting in a messy bottom and dry sausage.
To prevent potential smoking, especially with fattier sausages, place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of your air fryer to catch drippings. This also makes cleanup easier!
To Store. Leftover sausage can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
To Freeze. Freeze cooked sausages for up to 2 months, just like any other cooked meat. If desired, wrap them individually in plastic wrap to prevent sticking.
To Reheat. To reheat, simply warm and crisp up the sausages again in the air fryer for a shorter amount of time.
