INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up for 3 minutes.
  • Prep the broccoli: Cut into similar-sized florets for even cooking.

  • Season: In a bowl, toss the broccoli with oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
    ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Arrange in the basket: Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
  • Air fry: Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
  • Serve: Once browned and tender, transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot as a side or snack.
