Materials

  • 1 pound ribeye steak
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the steak: Slice ribeye into bite-sized chunks and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Season: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add oil and sauce: Drizzle avocado oil and Worcestershire over the steak, then toss to coat.
  • Arrange in air fryer: Place the steak bites in a single layer in the basket. Don’t overcrowd—cook in batches if needed.
  • Cook: Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Aim for medium doneness or adjust based on your preference.
